Maintenance to Market is a fully insured handyman and property maintenance business operating in Queensland.
We provide general handyman, property maintenance, cleaning and garden services.
We are not licensed building contractors and do not undertake work that requires a QBCC licence or any other trade licence, including electrical, plumbing, gas fitting or other regulated work.
All services are provided in accordance with Queensland licensing requirements, including the applicable $3,300 threshold for building work. This threshold does not override licensing requirements for regulated trades.
Public Liability Insurance: $20 million.
